Item Description

- Gas rotisserie with Baskets.
- Capacity: 24 Chickens.
- Their main advantages are that they provide safe, economical and tasty baking.
- The burners are lit with a piezoelectric igniter and are equipped with a continuous combustion monitoring system.
- With thermocouples which, in combination with the safety switch to which it is connected, stops the flow of gas as soon as it detects the slightest problem in its operation.
- Roasting is done evenly and hygienically by heating by the radiation of the burner produced by the glow of a suitable stainless steel grid.
- The roasting chamber has lighting while for easy monitoring the whole front and back are made of fireproof glass.
- The grease is concentrated in a grease tray in which it is recommended to add a little water for easy cleaning and avoidance of smoke.
