- SERGAS, type KGL1X40.
- This series of gas crepes consists of four models with one or two hobs with a diameter of 35 cm or 40 cm.
- On one side of each hob there are three stainless steel bowls suitable for food where the user can place the dough or other ingredients he uses.
- Each hob is heated by a 5 or 6 kW gas burner that has its own igniter and switch, thus providing reliable and safe operation.
- The quality of the materials covers the highest hygiene and quality requirements while its design allows ergonomic operation and minimal maintenance requirements.
- The device is made of stainless steel and designed in such a way that it is easy to clean from food debris etc.
