- Their special feature is that in the baskets and the auxiliary spit that accompanies them one can place the chickens whole or in portions but also anything else one would like to cook evenly, healthy and tasty such as kokoretsi, kefalakia, cottage, spit steak etc.
- The roasting chamber has lighting while for easy monitoring the whole front and back are made of fireproof glass.
- The fats are concentrated in a grease tray in which it is recommended to place a little water for easy cleaning and avoidance of smoke.
