- Proper combustion of the gas inside the burner without flames to the outside gives infrared radiation with the best ceramic tiles that can withstand up to 1250°C. This achieves a uniform distribution of temperature vertically-parallel to the meat. At the same time, the burners are protected by a special refractory mesh with a resistance of 1850°C.
- The burner flame is adjusted by gradually changing the corresponding torque-switch, in order to have complete control of the temperature in the meat.
