- Stainless steel construction.
- It is suitable for restaurant, hotel, tavern where the needs in round quantity are very large.
- Proper combustion of the gas inside the burner without flames to the outside gives infrared radiation with the best ceramic tiles that can withstand up to 1250°C. This achieves a uniform distribution of temperature vertically-parallel to the meat. At the same time, the burners are protected by a special refractory mesh with a resistance of 1850°C.
- The burner flame is adjusted by gradually changing the corresponding torque-switch, in order to have complete control of the temperature in the meat.
- The motor is located at the bottom of the machine, inside the base, protected from temperature and liquids that fall during cooking.
- The motor is not strained since a special system with bearings protects it from the weight of the meat.
