• Front, sides and backside made of stainless steel AISI 304.

• Table finishing with laser cut in order to guarantee a perfect combination between different tables; they can be very well fasted.
• On the cooking surface there is a large hole for the draining of the fats in a large container with 2,9 lt capacity situated under the plate.
• U-shaped single burner with an optimized combustion and a safety gas cock with thermocouple and pilot flame; it allows adjusting the flame from the maximum to the minimum.
  
• 2 indipendent working plates in the width of 800 mm.
• Large plate in the versions: 1/2 smooth 1/2 grooved made of mild steel.
  
• It provides excellent heat transfer and is slightly inclined to allow the outflow of the fat towards the drain.
• The thermal stability of the plate is achieved at the maximum temperature of 320 °C.
• Athermic thermoset plastic knobs with functional screen printing on the boards.
• Tested with natural gas or LPG, according to the user's needs.
  
• Teflon stopper to plug the drain for any cooking in oil film available as an option.
