- Gas rotisserie with baskets.
- Capacity:16 Chickens.
- Their main advantages are that they provide safe, economical and tasty roasting.
- The burners are lit with a piezoelectric igniter and are equipped with a continuous combustion monitoring system with thermocouples which, in combination with the safety switch to which it is connected, stops the flow of gas as soon as it detects the slightest problem in its operation.
- Roasting is done evenly and hygienically by heating by the radiation of the burner produced by the glow of a suitable stainless steel grid.
- The roasting chamber has lighting while for easy monitoring the entire front and back are made of fireproof glass.
- The fats are collected in a grease tray in which it is recommended to place a little water for easy cleaning and avoidance of smoke.
- Their special feature is that in the baskets and the auxiliary spit that accompanies them one can place the chickens whole or in portions but also anything else one would like to cook evenly, healthy and tasty such as kokoretsi, kefalakia, cottage, spit steak etc.
